A New Year, A New You, Begins with Change
Change can be good. Change can be empowering. Changing for the better can change your life. If you came into the New Year wanting to change something about yourself, remember to pace yourself and speak positivity over that "thing" you are changing! Speak positive words into the direction you want to see change happen, and start changing little by little.
If you have committed to getting in shape, tell yourself before every workout: "I am on the right path, I am strong and I can succeed. I will be fit!" If you are dedicated to eating better, wake up telling yourself: "I am prepared and committed to make healthy choices today. I will be healthy."
Change starts with baby steps, and regardless of how hard it gets or the obstacles you face, don't give up or don't give in. Stay positive.
