Spring has sprung! It’s a new season, which means it is time for a healthier you or it’s time to revamp last season’s health and wellness goals!

Spring is the perfect time to “spring into health.” The time is now for new beginnings, new possibilities, new ways of eating healthier, exercising more and giving up the winter comfort food!

Below are some helpful healthy tips to get you on the right path.

1. Think spring training.

Push yourself! Start walking, jogging, running; start biking; register for a local 5k/10k/marathon event, enjoy the park or engage any other physical activity that can get you off the couch and outside!

2. Eat better, smarter and cleaner.

Cut back on processed and packaged foods. Check out your local farmer’s market and enjoy the abundance of fresh fruits and veggies that spring offers.

3. Stress less!

Plan to manage your stress in healthier ways. Work on thinking and being positive, no matter what comes your way!
