Motivational Monday's: Med-Life-Fit's Staff AND Patients Participate in the 2015 Heart Walk

Did you know that walking can help keep you fit and reduce your risk of serious diseases, like heart disease, stroke, diabetes and more?
Did you know that taking a brisk 25-minute walk a day can add seven years to your life?
Walking is low-impact and an easy way to start exercising for most individuals. It is recommended that individuals engage in 150 minutes of exercise weekly.
On Saturday, September 19th, 2015 Med-Life-Fit participated in the American Heart Association 2015 Louisville Heart Walk. Patients and staff gathered together for an awesome cause, raised money and got some exercise in for the day! We hope that you will be encouraged to get out and walk!
